3‑Month Honest Review of My Functional Revision Rhinoplasty with Autologous Rib at Vive Plastic Surgery (in Korea)

Before surgery, my biggest concerns were rhinitis and nasal congestion.
The mucous membrane inside my nose was very swollen, and structurally it felt blocked, so I often had to breathe through my mouth. 😭
My nostrils were also quite upturned, which made my front view look awkward, and the shape of my left and right nostrils was different — it was a real complex for me.
That’s why I decided to go for revision surgery.
At Vive Plastic Surgery, Dr. Yoo Young‑moon performed a functional rhinoplasty along with silicone removal, tip reconstruction using autologous rib cartilage, and alar lowering with ear cartilage.
